I have taken traditional cartoon formats and added animation, audio effects and buttons to give viewers some control over what they see. The result is a new form of animated editorial or pocket cartoon that delivers all the benefits of its still predecessor to digital publications and campaigners.
In addition, my animated cartoons can be displayed on websites and digital devices. They can be paired with still versions for combined print and digital distribution, helping to move audiences from one form of publication to another.
A client's masthead or branding is built in, so this is not lost in onward distribution. Advertisements and sponsorship can also be incorporated. This saves on valuable digital real estate, and means that the digital cartoon can work much harder than its still counterpart.
